Jugal Kishore Sharma Member of Parliament while addressing the gathering present at the occasion said that today on the same day when Maharaja Ranbir Singh came into power and his Rajtilak was performed in Jammu & Kashmir his statue is established at RS Pura.This is the great tribute to Maharaja Ranbir Singh Ji.He while admiring the bravery of Maharaja Ji said that he has done very great jobs for the welfare of people of Jammu which are still existing like Ranbir Canal and many more.He said that Maharaja Ranbir Singh Ji was son of Maharaja Gulab Singh belongs to Rajputana family and installation of his statue at Main Chowk in RS Pura will always remind us about his bravery and great works.He said that many deeds have been done by him & establishment of City Ranbir Singh Pura called RS Pura is one of his great job.He said that his deeds are Dogra Heritage.Member of Parliament said that we should take inspiration from his bravery and should always remember him.He also assured people that Bharatiya Janata Party is committed for the development of people and these Heritage development works will goes on.

Satpal Pappi President Municipal Committee RS Pura said that the statue is beautifully made which costs more that Rs 15 lacs and efforts were made to install by MC RS Pura.He also thanked Member of Parliament for putting his efforts and also sparing his valuable time to unveil the statue.
